E9ine Development LLC was founded in January 2021 by Dustin Douglass, Director of Business Operations, Mark DeRose, Director of Construction Operations and Ashlee Douglass, Designer. As a young company, we have an extensive background in construction management, renovation, and new construction with over 62 years of experience.

Our unique business model provides for contracts in a variety of work opportunities that include both commercial and residential projects without the hands-on direction of a homeowner or end-user. Our employees are provided with consistent and steady work that not only fits their talent but provides for opportunity for growth in their trade and extensive cross-training.
